Sesemann risotto, with mushrooms and veal

This is one of those recipe that appear in the same supermarket when you have to make a dinner for friends and it is in front of the shelves where you think about what to do. Rice, beef and dried mushrooms are almost enough to make this dish that has already garnered some success with my guests.

I will not say anything about the name of the recipe. I simply advise you to make the dish and tell me how it is. Like the rest of risottos, It is creamy and tasty, as it is cooked with the juice of the mushrooms and meat broth. It is a rice that can serve you both as a starter and as a garnish.
