Shrimp and tuna lasagna

Today we are going to prepare a shrimp and tuna lasagna. Very easy to make and very juicy.

For bechamel we have three options. The first is to buy it already made, in brick. The second is to prepare it in a food processor Thermomix. And the third, prepare it in the traditional way, in a saucepan and stirring.

If we go easy we can even use lasagna sheets precooked That means that we will save ourselves the step of cooking the pasta in water.

  • 200 g of frozen prawns
  • A few celery leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 or 3 cans of canned tuna
  • 10 sheets of lasagna
For the bechamel:
  • 800g milk
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Nutmeg
  • 25 g olive oil
  1. We can prepare the bechamel in a saucepan: fry the flour with the oil and then add the milk (better if it is hot) while stirring constantly. We finish by adding the salt and nutmeg.
  2. Another option, if we have a Thermomix, is to prepare the bechamel in our machine. To do this we just have to put all the ingredients of the same in the glass and program 9 minutes, 100º, speed 4.
  3. While we make the bechamel we can advance in our recipe.
  4. We prepare the ingredients, taking the prawns out of the freezer.
  5. Cook the celery and garlic cloves in a pan with a splash of oil.
  6. When it is well cooked, add the prawns that may still be frozen.
  7. Sauté.
  8. If our lasagna sheets need cooking, we cook them in a saucepan with plenty of water. Then we will spread them out and dry them on a clean cloth.
  9. If they do not need cooking we can omit the previous step.
  10. To assemble the lasagna we will put a little bechamel at the base of an oven-safe dish. On the bechamel we put some sheets of lasagna that cover the entire base.
  11. On our pasta we put half of the sauce that we just made (removing the garlic cloves that we are not going to use) and a can of canned tuna.
  12. We put a splash of bechamel and make another layer (pasta, sauce and tuna).
  13. Cover with the rest of the lasagna sheets and distribute the bechamel sauce well over the surface.
  14. Put a few pieces of mozzarella or another type of cheese on top of the bechamel.
  15. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
