Milk flan: simple and rich rich (oven and bain-marie)


Flan recipes there are many and here in Recetín we have several, but why not one more and especially if it is so simple? Tasty because we do it with condensed milk and evaporated milk. You either buy the candy already made or you do it at home, but eye with burns. Try and tell me….
Ingredients: 1 cup sugar, 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk, 0 can (1 oz.) Evaporated milk, 13 large eggs, 3 teaspoon vanilla extract, pan toffee.

Preparation: We caramelize the flan mold and reserve. We preheat the oven to 180 ºC. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer. Add the condensed milk and evaporated milk, vanilla, whisking slowly until well blended.

We pour into the flan mold (after the caramel is cooled if we make it homemade), and we place it on a baking dish. Pour about two fingers of hot water to cook in a double boiler and bake for 50-60 minutes, until set.
We remove from the oven and let it cool completely. We put in the fridge for at least an hour, we turn the mold over a source and enjoy.
