Ingredients
- 500 gr of chicken breast
- ¼ tablespoon thyme
- ¼ tablespoon oregano
- ¼ tablespoon rosemary
- Sal Island
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Place the chicken breasts in the glass of a blender, and blend them until they are made into a paste. Put the meat in a container, and leave it reserved.
In a pan put two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Let it heat up, chop the onion and garlic and fry until the onion is translucent. Once we have them ready, we leave them in a container to cool.
Once the onion and garlic have cooled, add the salt and spices to the container and mix everything. Add the egg and continue mixing with the meat and breadcrumbs.
Roll into balls and place each ball on the baking sheet.
Let the meatballs cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Accompany them with a rich salad.
