Ingredients
- 150 g cheese spread
- a can of pickled mussels (100 g approx)
- a can of tuna in oil (80 g approx)
- chopped seaweed
Preparation
We start the recipe by preparing the ingredients. So we drain both the pickled mussels and the tuna well.
We put them in the blender glass and add the spread cheese. Blend for about 2 minutes until the ingredients are well crushed and mixed. If necessary, we can lower the pasta or ingredients down and continue grinding.
We transfer the pate to a nice bowl or container.
We finish by sprinkling with a pinch of seaweed flakes, I usually use aonori seaweed which, dehydrated, looks like parsley and I use it in almost all fish recipes.
