Pork tenderloins with peach in syrup, a very sweet and sour touch

Today we prepare the sirloin in a different way. I don't know about you, but I love dishes with that bittersweet touch, and that is why today, we are going to make some Iberian pork tenderloins with a bittersweet touch that the peaches in syrup will give, a dish for adults and children of the house that is more than delicious.

This dish is perfect if you accompany it with mashed potatoes that you can prepare by cooking two potatoes in pieces, drain them and put them in a bowl. Add a little salt, olive oil and parsley and mash them well with a fork.
