Sirloin Wellington, flaky meat for the children

Ingredients

• Pork tenderloin or chicken breast
• puff pastry sheets
• oil
• salt.

Preparation

1. In a frying pan, brown the sirloin on both sides with oil and salt

2. Spread the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray with greased non-stick paper and place the meat in the center

3. We wrap completely forming a roll and decorate with the leftover dough cutouts

4. Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk and place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 25-30 min until the golden roll is done.
