Ingredients

  • two pork tenderloins
  • a chicken broth cube
  • a tablespoon of garlic powder
  • a tablespoon of parsley
  • a tablespoon of mustard and a glass of natural orange juice.

Preparation

  1. Flour the tenderloins previously seasoned with the chicken stock cube

  2. We brown them in a little oil

  3. Then we add the orange juice and the mustard and season with the garlic and parsley.

  4. Cover the casserole and cook for about 20 minutes, and voila, we can accompany it with rice or mashed potatoes.
