Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs split, boneless and skinless
- salt to taste
- oil for grilling
Marinade:
- 4 sprigs of peppermint
- the juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 / 2 purple onion
Preparation
We cut the chicken into strips (to later put them on the skewers). We reserve in a deep container.
Cut the onion into strips and add to the chicken.
In a blender glass we put the rest of the ingredients of the marinade and beat a few 10 seconds until the ingredients are well integrated.
We add this preparation to the chicken and let it rest for as long as possible. Ideally, 24 hours. At least 2 hours.
We take the chicken strips and we skewer them on skewer sticks.
Heat a griddle with a little oil and cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes over high heat on each side. Brush the skewer with the marinade while we are cooking it.
We serve immediately.
