Today's recipe is a very traditional dish. It's the other way to do meatballs but in the shape of tiny hamburgers. The sauce is light and with a typical Spanish and northern flavor, where you cannot miss that touch of garlic and parsley.
This dish is ideal for all ages and is very easy to make. You have to look at the photos that we add in its step by step so that you do not miss any type of detail.

Ingredients
- 500 g of minced beef
- 6 small garlic cloves
- A few sprigs of chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- Sal Island
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Half a small plate of wheat flour
- Half an onion
- 150 ml of aceite oliva
- A quarter glass of white wine
- 250-300 ml of water
- A potato for frying
- 250 ml of olive oil to fry the potato
Preparation
- We take all the meat and place it in a bowl. Add two finely chopped garlic cloves, a little chopped parsley and two eggs. We mixed all the ingredients well.
- We cast the four tablespoons of breadcrumbs over the meat and mix again. In this way the meat will be much more fused.
- We prepare half a plate full of flour and we will be able to form our hamburgers. The first thing we can do is form small meat balls, spread them in the flour and then squash them into the shape of the hamburger.
- In a small frying pan we add the 150 ml of olive oil and let's go frying the burgers. We brown them on both sides and put them aside on a plate.
- When we have fried everything, we take the oil and transfer it to another pan a little larger, but trying to strain all the possible grounds that they have stayed.
- We put the pan to heat and in a mortar we take the rest of the garlic and We mash them with a little chopped parsley. We put water in the mortar and we give a couple of turns.
- We cut half an onion finely diced and we put them to fry in the pan. When they start to brown a bit, we toss the tablespoon of wheat flour and we stir so that it dissolves.
- We cast what we had away from the mortar, the water, the wine and we rectify the salt.
- Let it boil for just a minute and we will place the hamburgers inside the pan to cook it all together.
- We cover the pan, lower the heat and cook for 12-15 minutes. We observe that the water is not reduced much, if necessary we will add a little more, although the purpose is that a thick sauce remains at the end.
- For decoration we have cut a potato into small cubes and we have fried it in a pan with olive oil.
