Snails in almond sauce, with your fingers!

This is a recipe of those that is enjoyed because it is eaten with the hands. With the thumb and forefinger we enjoy snail by snail. You already know how to drink the sauce, making small boats! Do not hesitate, prepare a tapas this weekend for those children who love snails.

If the snails are farmed, they will not need as much washed like wild ones, therefore we can save the step of keeping them in flour and we wash them directly with water, salt and vinegar.
