Soupy rice with prawns and chirlas

It seems that these days the cold returns to Madrid, so to compensate, today we have a recipe of a lifetime that you fall in love with and that in addition to being simple, it always looks great. It is a rice soup. The first time I prepared it, I did it with clams and prawns, but I have found that the chirlas give it more flavor and it is much juicier, so here is my recipe.
