Kids love the snacks made with this milk bread. It is always soft, the crust is barely noticeable and it has a slightly sweet flavor that is great with cooked ham, salami and pâté.
You can make a single loaf, using a mold type plum cake, or small muffins like the ones you see in the photo. We will only have to change the duration of the baking because the procedure to follow is always the same.
