Soy "meat" cannelloni

We will prepare some traditional cannelloni using the so-called textured soybeans. This product suitable for vegetarians / vegans acquires when hydrating a tender consistency very similar to that of minced meat. For this reason it is very useful for preparing fillings, cakes, meatballs or hamburgers.

    Great recipe: D Thanks. My brothers are both vegetarians and my best friend too, so getting together to eat is a challenge for the cook (me). They wanted to eat cannelloni, chard, which was the other option, I don't like, so they saved me with these cannelloni :) Although I do hunt the dough hehe
