Pasta is one of the favorite dishes for children and adults. So that you don't always prepare it the same way, today we have ready to eat delicious nests of spaghetti with Bolognese sauce that will make you triumph at the table.

  1. Prepare one pot with water and wait for it to boil. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt. At that time, we will add the spaghetti and let them cook for as long as the pasta brand estimates.
  2. While they cook, let's prepare the bolognese sauce. On a board, start to julienne the onion, zucchini and tomato.
  3. When you have everything cut, put in a pan about two tablespoons of oil, wait for it to heat up and add the vegetables that we have cut. Let all the ingredients mix and fry for at least 15 minutes.
  4. We will put a tablespoon of oil in another pan, season the minced meat, and we fry it in the pan.
  5. Once we have all the vegetables poached, we mash them with the help of the mixer until a compact sauce is left, and we add it to the pan of minced meat. We let all the ingredients mix for at least 5 minutes.
  6. We prepare our dish by making nests with the spaghetti, and right in the center of each nest, with the help of a spoon, we will put a little Bolognese sauce in each nest.
  7. Finally we put (optional) a little grated Parmesan cheese, and some mint leaves to decorate.
