Spaghetti with aubergine sauce and mushrooms

We are in full season for mushrooms and aubergines so we are going to use these ingredients to prepare a wonderful sauce for our spaghetti.

El tomato that we will use will be packaged. Yes it is homeBetter than better, if not, look for a quality tomato to get the best result.

We leave you some tips that will be useful when it comes to Cook pasta:

  • Use a large saucepan with plenty of water.
  • Salt the water once it begins to boil.
  • Take into account the cooking minutes indicated on the package.
  • Once cooked, do not drain it too much and serve it immediately with our seasonal sauce.

    I have a package of fresh mushroom pasta and another of fresh aubergine pasta from Mercadona (they have put one in front of my house). And since I didn't want to make two different sauces, Google brought me here: D;)

    I will throw frozen MRE combat rations of tomato sauce and poached onion, the first pasta as well as in the dice recipe and the second pasta with the dice passed through minipimer.
