250 g of fresh spinach
30 g raisins
3 dried tomatoes in oil
320 g spaghetti

Preparation

We put the spinach in a wide frying pan, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and without adding water.
When they are cooked add the raisins
We also add the dried tomatoes, chopped. We mix well.
We put water in a saucepan and put it on the fire. When it starts to boil add a little salt and then the pasta. We cook the time indicated by the manufacturer.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it slightly and put it in the pan, along with the spinach and dried tomatoes.
