Ingredients
- 200 gr of tomato sauce, if it is homemade better
- 4 large eggs
- 150gr of grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 heaping tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- salt maldom
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Some basil leaves
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease two round molds with a little olive oil.
Put the tomato sauce in the bottom and on top of it, the two eggs per serving, the Gruyère cheese and the Parmesan. Then season with salt and pepper.
Put the eggs in the oven and bake until the egg whites are well set, about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with a few basil leaves on top.
