- 300 gr of minced chicken meat
- 7 mozzarella sticks
- Tomato sauce to accompany
To prepare the meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- A tablespoon of garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Chopped parsley
- Transparent film wrap
- Olive oil

Preparation
Put the minced chicken meat in a bowl, and make small balls and put them on the transparent film paper. Use the transparent film to create small hamburgers and leave the minced meat completely flat.
Once you have it assembled, cut the slices of mozzarella cheese in the shape of fingers, and insert each finger into each hamburger of minced chicken meat, with the help of the transparent plastic wrap make small bars that close well around the edges so that when Let's cook it so that no cheese escapes. Once you have sealed each finger, remove the transparent film paper and leave the sticks reserved.
In a bowl beat the two eggs, and in another plate put in breadcrumbs with the garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, chopped parsley and salt.
