Put the minced chicken meat in a bowl, and make small balls and put them on the plastic wrap. Help yourself with the cling film to create small hamburgers and leave the minced meat completely flat.
Once you have it assembled, cut the slices of mozzarella cheese in the shape of fingers, and put each finger in each hamburger of minced chicken meat, with the help of plastic wrap make small bars that close tightly around the edges so that when we cook it no cheese escapes. Once you have each finger sealed, remove the cling film and reserve the sticks.
In a bowl beat the two eggs, and in another plate put in breadcrumbs with the garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, chopped parsley and salt.
Pass each of the minced meat and cheese sticks first through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
Once you have them ready, put a baking sheet with a little olive oil and go placing each of the sticks.
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and bake them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees until they are golden brown.
Serve them hot with a good tomato sauce.
