Do you like guacamole? Today we have prepared a recipe for the most special guacamole that you can make for both children and adults. Of course, if you are going to prepare it for the family, do not add jalapeño! Ahhh and do not throw away the avocado peel, because it will serve us to put the guacamole.

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 3 seedless tomatoes
- 1 small onion, minced
- Cilantro
- Half jalapeno
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- A little pepper
Preparation
Cut the avocados in half, remove the bones and see grating the avocado until it is pureed in a bowl. She sees crushing it until it is made into a paste. Chop the onion and add it to the bowl.
Remove the jalapeña seeds and chop them finely.
Cut the tomato in half removing the seeds and add them to the mixture. Press the garlic, and add it along with the chopped coriander, freshly ground pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Stir everything so that there is a compact mixture and serve it on each of the avocado shells.
Do not forget to accompany the guacamole with some delicious nachos.
