This recipe for Tuna Burgers is specially designed for the little ones, but the older ones can also enjoy this delicacy :D

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of tuna in oil
  • ½ Cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic clove
  • ½ Small onion grated
  • ½ Carrot grated very finely
  • Buy

Preparation

  1. Drain the cans of tuna in oil and crumble it with the help of your fingers in a bowl. Add the minced garlic, parsley, carrot and onion, all grated.

  2. Add the egg, salt and pepper, and mash everything with the help of a fork to mix well. Add the breadcrumbs and knead with your hands until the mixture is well compact so you can shape it.

  3. Make the burgers and roll them in the breadcrumbs.

  4. Once you have them, put oil to heat in a pan over medium heat and fry the hamburgers in hot oil so that they brown on both sides.

  5. Accompany the burgers with a good salad.
