Ingredients
- 1 fresh pizza dough
- 400 gr of minced meat
- 1 cebolla
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Fried tomato
- 100 ml of white wine
- 150 gr of grated mozzarella cheese
- black olives
Preparation
Prepare a frying pan and add a drizzle of olive oil. Chop the onion very finely and add it to the pan. Let it brown, season the meat and add it with the onion.
Let it cook, and once it's ready add a little grated cheese and a splash of white wine. The meat will be ready when we see that the white wine has evaporated.
On the kitchen table we stretch the fresh pizza dough and break it into small portions, as I show you in the image.
We are putting a little minced meat in the center of each slice of pizza and carefully close it until we create little balls.
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and we are placing each of the balls that we have created on the oven rack with baking paper.
Once we have them all placed, we put a little fried tomato on top, and crown with a black olive.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees until we see that the balls are golden.
As simple as that!
