It is a very original way to prepare some special cookies of Nocilla or Nutella, you can choose the chocolate cream that you like the most. We are going to prepare the dough for our special cookies. The recipe is very simple, and you only need to have a sandwich maker to be able to make the shape of our cookie. Do you want to know how to prepare them?
Special Nutella cookies
These special Nutella Cookies are completely homemade and are so good that you will want to repeat them over and over again.

Ingredients
- 100 ml of cream
- Half a tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 50 gr of icing sugar
- 100 gr of common flour
- XNUMX/XNUMX teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A tablespoon of cornstarch
- Nutella
- Round shaped cookie cutter
Preparation
In the glass of a mixer we put the cream and the vanilla extract and beat for about 5 minutes, until we have a light mousse.
Sift the icing sugar, flour, cinnamon and cornstarch into a bowl, and add the mouse that we have prepared to this mixture. We incorporate all the ingredients until there is a light dough. We cover the container with transparent film and let it rest at room temperature for half an hour.
Heat the sandwich maker, and place a heaping tablespoon of the mixture right in the center of the sandwich maker. Close the lid and cook the cookie for about a minute. Take out the cookie and use a round cookie cutter to make the cookies.
Once you have them all ready, spread one side of the cookie with Nutella, and put another cookie on top of it as a sandwich.
Notes
Note: It is important that as soon as we remove the cookies from the sandwich maker, we cut them with the cutter, because they immediately become hard and it will be more complicated.
