Do we prepare a special strawberry milkshake? If we have frozen strawberries and cold milk, it will be fresh and delicious.
For freeze strawberries I recommend that, once clean, you put them on a plate covered with baking paper. You put that dish in the freezer. Once the strawberries are frozen, taking them off to keep them in a bag will be very simple thanks to the baking paper on which we have supported them.

Ingredients
- Strawberries (about 300 grams)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ice cream sandwich
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
A few hours before we want to consume it or even days in advance, we wash the strawberries.
We dry them and chop them. We put them on a plate (or on a tray) covered with baking paper.
When we want to prepare the smoothie, we take the strawberries out of the freezer and put them in the glass of our American blender or our food processor.
We add the sugar.
This is the ice cream that we are going to use.
We chop the ice cream with our hands and put it together with the rest of the ingredients.
We incorporate the milk.
Blend everything for about 40 seconds.
And we already have it ready.
We are not going to strain it. Let the smoothie rest in the robot's glass and put it in a jar or glasses after a few minutes. In this way, most of the seeds of the strawberries will remain at the bottom of the glass and will not fall into the cups.
