Ingredients
- 8 cookies type cookies
- 500 gr of liquid cream
- 100 gr of Philadelphia cheese
- 4 slices of watermelon
- Sliced almonds
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- Peeled pipes
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
The first thing we will do to make our cakes will be to mount the cream. To do this, we will use a mixer with rods. We will assemble it as usual, adding the icing sugar little by little while we assemble it, but so that it has more consistency when it is almost assembled, we will add the Philadelphia cheese. In this way, our whipped cream will also be more consistent, with a very special flavor.
Once we have the cream mounted, we leave it in the refrigerator so that it is very cool when we are going to use it.
Cut the watermelon slices about a finger thick and choose the cookies with which we will prepare our cakes.
Once we have all the ingredients, we just have to assemble it, how?
In the base we will place a cookie, and on it, we put the whipped cream. On top of the cream, the watermelon slice, and again cream. We finish with a cookie and cream on top.
