Watermelon is undoubtedly the fruit of summer so we are going to turn it into some refreshing popsicles and so we can cool off in summer in a very easy and rich way with this recipe

1 cup of sugar
100 gr of lime jelly, whichever is greener
2 cups of boiling water
Ice cubes
1 cup of cold water
90 gr of strawberry jelly (red)
100 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
1-1 / 2 cups heavy whipping cream
100 gr of chocolate chips

Preparation

In a container, mix 1/3 cup of sugar and the lime gelatin. Add a cup of boiling water and mix everything with the help of a whisk until everything is dissolved. We add the ice until we reach 3/4 of the cup. We add it to the lime gelatin and continue mixing until everything is completely dissolved. We left it in the fridge for half an hour.
We repeat the same step with the strawberry jelly and put the pink jelly mixture in the ice cream containers. We put them in the freezer for 20 minutes and add the chocolate chips in each container and stir.
We beat the cream cheese together with the sugar with the help of a mixer until the mixture is very creamy. Pour the mixture over the gelatin and add it to the red gelatin. Pour the lime jelly over the cream cheese and place a wooden popsicle stick in the center of each shirt.
We let everything freeze for at least 4 hours.
