This chocolate dessert it's like love, sweet and sourThanks to the chocolate (quality, please) But also spicy, since we have spiced the cream with chilli. This chocolate soup is very appropriate, therefore, to give a little heat and spark to the Valentine. Of course, try the recipe a couple of times before February 14 to get the point of the spicy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. chocolate for desserts
  • 2 egg yolks L
  • 3-5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • a dried chilli or cayenne
  • a pinch of salt
  • 85 ml. fresh cream
  • 40 ml of whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons bourbon whiskey

Preparation

  1. Grate the chocolate and pour it into a large heat-resistant container. We place a fine strainer on top and that is well attached.

  2. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar with the rods in a small saucepan until the mixture is white and thickened. Then, we add the two types of cream, cinnamon, cayenne and salt.

  3. Heat this mixture over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens, preventing it from boiling. In about 8 or 12 minutes we can achieve it. But it is convenient to be patient so that the egg does not curdle.

  4. We pour this cream over the bowl with chocolate through a strainer and let it rest for about five minutes.

  5. We beat the cream while we add the whiskey and rectify the spicy (chilli or pepper) and/or sweet (sugar) flavor. We can already take the cream hot, but it is also worth letting it cool. First, we wait for it to lose heat at room temperature, once distributed over each service. Afterwards, we can refrigerate the chocolate cream for a few hours.
