These green and white balls can be an attractive garnish for children reluctant to eat vegetables They appear on the plate "explicitly" as the spinach is masked in these cheesy meatballs. These balls would not look bad either in an assortment of cold appetizers for a summer evening.

These Spinach and Cheese Balls are an addiction. They are delicious, they are good for snacking and even the children will not leave a single one on the plate

Ingredients

  • 400 gr. cooked spinach
  • 200 gr. white cheese spread
  • 50 gr. grated Parmesan
  • 1 chive
  • butter
  • pepper
  • shawl
  • grated parmesan for coating

Preparation

  1. In a pan with butter, sauté the finely chopped spring onion until it is very tender and transparent

  2. Next we add the chopped spinach, a little more butter and season with salt and pepper.

  3. When the spinach is soft and without juice, we remove it from the heat.

  4. When cool, add the Parmesan and cheese.

  5. We love well and let the preparation rest in the fridge so that it remains consistent.

  6. Once the dough is ready, we form the balls and batter them in grated cheese to taste.
