Ingredients

  • 500 gr of spinach
  • One onion
  • 250 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of butter
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Boil the spinach with a little water, add salt and let it boil for about 15 minutes. Drain them and once they are cold, cut them into small pieces.

  2. In a bowl, prepare the finely chopped onion, the eggs, the melted butter, the Parmesan cheese and the cooked spinach.

  3. Make small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.

  4. Put the oven to preheat and let them bake for about 20 minutes. You will notice that the cheese has melted and that some of the most juicy balls remain.
