Sponge cake without egg, oil or butter

It is a cake to consume, if not en one day, in two . The reason? Being fat-free, it tends to get hard right away.

For not wearing or even wearing eggs. And it is surprising because it will never be the best cake you have ever made but, freshly made, it is good.

If you are not going to consume it in one or two days you can do slices and dry them in the oven, at a low temperature (50º will be enough) for about 2 hours.
