It is a cake to consume, if not en one day, in two . The reason? Being fat-free, it tends to get hard right away.
For not wearing or even wearing eggs. And it is surprising because it will never be the best cake you have ever made but, freshly made, it is good.
If you are not going to consume it in one or two days you can do slices and dry them in the oven, at a low temperature (50º will be enough) for about 2 hours.
Eggless water sponge cake
With very few ingredients and no fat.

Ingredients
- 330 ml of water at room temperature
- 120 g of sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- The skin of 1 lemon
- 60 g milk chocolate
- A little oil or butter and more flour to prepare the mold
Preparation
We prepare the monde, greasing it with butter or oil and flouring it.
We put the water and sugar in a bowl. Stir with a spoon until the sugar dissolves.
In another bowl we put the flour and yeast.
We also add the grated skin of a lemon.
We remove.
We are putting the flour in the container with water, by tablespoons and little by little, stirring so that there are no lumps.
When everything is well integrated, add the chocolate that we will have lightly chopped with a knife.
Mix well and put the dough in our previously greased and floured mold.
Bake at 180º for approximately 50 minutes.
When it is warm, we unmold it and sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
