Preparation
- The squid when we buy them are presented in the same way as in the photo. For it we must clean them.
- To clean them, we place them under the water from the kitchen tap and we will go removing the fine colored fabric that surrounds it and we will remove with the help of one of our fingers everything that it contains inside.
- We are going to separate the part of the legs and guts that we have taken from the squid. We will cut everything we don't uses up to the paws. We will also remove a hard part and round that is between the legs that cannot be eaten.
- We peel the onions, cut them in half and we are going to make elongated and thin pieces.
- In a wide frying pan we add a drizzle of oil and begin to Fry the onion about 5 minutes, circling from time to time.
- Add the squid and let everything is browned together. We will know what is done when the squid have caught a gold and pink color.
- Cover with water and add the fish pellet. We are not going to add the salt until the pill has been disposed of and we can calculate the amount of salt you need.
- We cover the pan and wait for it to cook around 40-50 minutess. During its cooking we can rectify the salt as we have mentioned previously.
- Once cooked we can plate them and decorate with a little chopped parsley.
