This may be one of the richest and simplest desserts I know. The important thing is to prepare strawberries with milk in advance, so that the fruit macerates in the milk and that the milk ends up tasting like strawberries.
Spectacular if the strawberries are well ripe. So if you have strawberries at home and you see that soon they are going to spoil, do not hesitate to try it.
To the kids they love. They even like to prepare it, so I encourage you to let yourselves help and invite them to spend a little time in the kitchen.
- G strawberries 500
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Wash the strawberries well and, with a knife, remove the leaves (peduncle).
- Chop them up and put them in a bowl.
- We cover our strawberries with milk.
- We add the sugar.
- Mix well with a spoon and cover the bowl with cling film.
- Reserve a few hours in the refrigerator.
- When we want to consume them, we put them in small bowls or glasses. The milk will have taken on the flavor of the strawberries. Cold they are very good.
