The smoothie is thicker than the smoothie and always contains fruit. What better pieces than spring strawberries to give flavor, color and nourishment to this healthy drink enriched with yogurt. We will also add some fruits of the forest so that it has even more properties and a more intense color.
If you serve it in large glasses you will get two servings. But there is also the option of presenting this strawberry smoothie in small glasses and serving it as a dessert or as a light snack. In both cases do not forget to decorate the glasses with some fresh fruit, as seen in the photo.
We will use greek yogurts so that the texture is perfect. Ours are sugary. What at home do you have Greek yogurts without sugar? It's okay, add three teaspoons of white sugar or a little sweetener. Your smoothie will be just as delicious.
- 8 fresas
- 2 Greek sweetened yogurts (340 g)
- 4 tablespoons of milk (about 25 ml)
- Some berries: 8 raspberries and 8 blueberries
- More berries and a thin sliced strawberry for garnish (optional)
- We wash the strawberries with their stem before removing it.
- We drain them and remove the stem.
- We also wash and drain the fruits of the forest.
- We put the strawberries in the blender. I have used the Thermomix, but it can be done in any blender.
- We add the Greek yogurts and the cold milk.
- Also red fruits.
- We beat the smoothie until it is homogeneous and thick. We serve immediately.
