Let's not waste time and let's make the Oreo cake with baking tin that we taught you in a previous post. This cake is based on two sheets of chocolate sponge cake with a flavor and texture similar to that of the famous cookies. As a filling we can choose the traditional cream and vanilla cream or vary a little.

We have tried to make a delicious filling with a slight strawberry flavor that together with the chocolate will make this cake cause a great sensation among the little ones.

To make the cake we need:

200 gr. of butter
200 gr. sugar
150 gr. chocolate fondant
100 gr. Of flour
3 eggs
1/2 envelope of baking powder

For the filling:

500 ml cream to assemble
1 cup strawberry jam
vanilla sugar
2 gelatin sheets
2 tablespoons of butter

Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugar until foamy
Add the flour mixed with the yeast, the melted chocolate and the eggs
If we want the cake to be more spongy, we beat the egg whites separately until stiff and add them to the mixture later.
We distribute this dough equally in each greased and floured Oreo mold and put it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 25 minutes.
First we heat the butter together with a little jam
In this hot mixture, we dissolve the previously soaked gelatin sheets
Whip the cream (very cold) with the whisk, adding the vanilla sugar
Now mix the whipped cream, the strawberry jam and the gelatin solution.
Once the biscuits are cold, spread the preparation in each mold and let it cool so that the filling sets a little.
When it is ready, we unmold and join the two halves
We can decorate with colored noodles.
