Ingredients

• G strawberries 150
• 50 g of sugar
• 50 g of balsamic vinegar of Modena

Preparation

1. We wash and remove the leaves from the strawberries.

2. We put all the ingredients in the blender glass and beat everything, at maximum power, until obtaining a fine sauce.

3. We can also do it in Thermomix, putting all the ingredients in the glass and programming 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-8
