- Fresh pizza base
- 8 slices of salami
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 8 pepperoni slices
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 mozzarella cubes
- Ketchup
- An egg yolk
- Olive oil
Preparation
Roll out the fresh pizza dough. You can buy the one you want, as long as it is the one in the refrigerated area.
Once you have it well stretched, place the cooked ham in the center, the salami on top and the pepperoni in a last layer.
Once you have these three layers on, put the slices of provolone on top and on these some small pieces of mozzarella. With this, we will have our filling ready.
Next, beat the yolk of an egg, and with the help of a brush, paint the edges of the dough, so that our stromboli sticks perfectly and nothing escapes us.
Once you have all the edges glued, carefully roll the stromboli, so that no ingredients come out. Finally, pinch the dough well so that it presses well.
When we have it completely rolled up, we wet our hands a little with olive oil and lightly paint the stromboli with the olive oil.
Put it on a baking tray with baking paper and cook for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees, once this time has passed, take it out of the oven and cut it into slices.
