Seafood has been the star of the Christmas table for a few years. In addition, it is an important source of vitamins and proteins, in addition to other nutrients. So today we are going to do a stuffed brown crab, which will surely triumph among your guests.
Ingredients for 4 people: four cooked crabs, four glasses of fish broth, a glass of skimmed milk, 100 grams of bread crumbs, 50 grams of bacon, two onions, four cloves of garlic, a chilli, a quarter of a glass of rum, four tablespoons of breadcrumbs, three tablespoons of oil and ground pepper.
Preparation: We immerse the oxen in cold water for 15 minutes, without removing the container. Boil the fish stock and cook the seafood in it for one minute.
We soak the bread crumbs in the milk. We remove the oxen and separate the legs and claws. We open the shells and extract the meat and the creamy part. We also remove the meat from the legs and the claws. We wash the shells well.
We dice the bacon, wash the chilli and cut it in two and chop it without the seed. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the bacon, the peeled and mashed garlic, the peeled and chopped onions, the chilli, parsley, salt and pepper.
We drain the crumb and mix it with the meat of the sea oxen, and add it to the pan. Dip with the rum, mix and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. We fill the shells with this mixture and put breadcrumbs on top, bake 10 minutes at 150º and that's it.
