four cooked sea oxen

three tablespoons of oil
ground pepper.

Preparation

We submerge the oxen in cold water for 15 minutes, without removing the container
Boil the fish broth and cook the shellfish in it for one minute.
Soak the breadcrumb in the milk
We remove the oxen and separate the legs and claws
We open the shells and extract the meat and the creamy part
We also remove the meat from the legs and the claws
We wash the shells well.
Dice the bacon, wash the chilli pepper and cut it in two and chop it seedless
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the bacon, the peeled and crushed garlic, the peeled and chopped onions, the chilli pepper, parsley, salt and pepper.
Drain the crumb and mix it with the meat of the oxen, and add it to the pan
Moisten with the rum, mix and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat
Fill the shells with this mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, bake for 10 minutes at 150º and that's it.
