Ingredients

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 260 gr of minced turkey meat
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 tender garlic
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 8 triangles of the cheese that we like
  • White wine
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the mushrooms. Separate the hat from the stem and with the help of a spoon, gradually empty the mushroom inside.

  2. Put about 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, slice the onion very finely and poach it together with the pepper, carrot and garlic. Everything in small pieces.

  3. When we have everything poached, add a tablespoon of sweet paprika and the ground turkey meat. Continue sautéing and add the salt and oregano.

  4. When we see that the meat is done, we add the glass of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Cook a few more minutes over medium heat.

  5. We put a baking tray and baking paper on it. We place the mushrooms and we are filling them with the mixture.

  6. We bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. After that time, we turn off the oven and put the grated cheese on top so that it melts.
