Today I bring you a super super super but super simple recipe. It is so simple that I am even "ashamed" to upload it to the web, however, when I prepare it people like it so much that I did not want you to miss it. It is a delicious Gordal variety olives stuffed with semi-cured Manchego cheese.

Ingredients

• 20 pitted gordal variety olives
• 20 semi-cured Manchego cheese cubes (when cutting them, pay attention to the thickness of the olive hole)
• a splash of good quality extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

1. We stuff the olives with the cheese cubes, so that the cheese stands out a little.

2. We place them on some trays and add a drizzle of olive oil.

3. Ready to enjoy !!
