2 naranjas
1 tub of mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
1 splash of Grand Marnier or Cointreau orange liqueur (optional)
Cocoa powder (optional)

Preparation

We start by cutting the oranges in half and squeezing them, trying to leave the peel intact, which will be what we will fill.
In a saucepan over low heat, put the orange juice with the sugar, cornmeal, liquor and a few drops of water.
We move with rods regularly so that it thickens.
Set aside and let cool.
Then, we add the mascarpone little by little and mix with enveloping movements.
Finally, we fill the oranges with the cream cheese, and put them in the fridge for the cream to set (about 4 hours).
To serve, sprinkle with a little cocoa powder.
