Tomatoes stuffed with ham, cheese and tuna

I adore this recipe. It is one of my classics for dinners, the little ones and the big ones, we love them !! The ingredients may not be the most "exotic" in the world, but they will be the most irresistible ingredients for children: ham, cheese, tuna and Philadelphia cheese ... which are melted and mixed in the oven, making some creamy, flavorful tomatoes.

To do it, I recommend that you plan minimally to leave the tomatoes draining, this step is important. The type of tomato, I recommend that they be round and that they are not very ripe, so we can empty them easily and they will remain firm when we fill and bake them.

Although they will not be as freshly baked, what I do sometimes is bake them in the morning or in the afternoon for dinner and they are very good. Then a little touch of the microwave and as freshly taken out !!

Do not worry about the tomato skin, when they come out of the oven and we are going to eat them, it will come off by itself without any effort.
