At this time of year it is normal for the fruit to ripen too quickly. That is why we like today's dessert so much: a summer crumble, with nectarines and apricots.
El crunchy from the upper part we are going to prepare it in a moment and with our own hands. Or better yet, with the hands of the little ones, if you have volunteers who want to help you.
It can take so much temperate as cold. And if you accompany it with a ball of vanilla ice cream you will have a restaurant dessert.
Summer crumble
A crumble made with summer fruits. Be sure to try it with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
For the crumbs:
- 300 g flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 180 butter g
For the filling:
- 700 g of very ripe summer fruit (in my case, strawberries and apricots)
- 80 g of cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 20 butter g
- 1/2 lemon (the grated skin -only the yellow part- and the juice)
Plus:
- 3 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
We put the flour, the sugar and the butter just taken out of the refrigerator and in pieces in a bowl.
Mix with your hands to form crumbs. We reserve the mix.
In another bowl we put the fruit without bones, peeled and in pieces. We put on it the cinnamon, the sugar, the juice and the lemon peel and also a few pieces of butter.
We mix well.
We distribute this fruit mixture in a dish suitable for the oven.
On the fruit we put the dough crumbs that we have prepared in the first step.
Sprinkle the nuts on the surface.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
