Egg whites 2
Yolks 4
100 g sugar
400 gr of mascarpone
400 gr of sponge cakes (200 gr for the tiramisu and another 200 gr to decorate)
150 ml of coffee
250 gr of dark chocolate
Cocoa powder to decorate on top
A bow to decorate
Forest fruits to decorate

Preparation

We start preparing the coffee in the coffee maker. Make sure it is strong and of quality. Once we have it ready, we let it cool before using it.
In a container, mount the egg whites until stiff with the help of some rods and leave them reserved. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until everything has a frothy consistency, and gradually add the mascarpone while continuing to beat. When we have incorporated the mascarpone, we add the beaten egg whites and mix all the ingredients well.
We use a circular mold that we can later demould on the walls. Paint the walls with a little butter to make it easier to unmold, and put a layer of coffee-soaked ladybug biscuits at the bottom of the mold, then cover with a layer of the mascarpone cream, which we have prepared and put on it. a few grated dark chocolate shavings. So on, until we end up with a layer of mascarpone cream and sprinkle cocoa on top.
When we have it ready, we leave it in the fridge for about 3 hours so that it takes consistency, and after that time we take it out again. We unmold the walls of the mold, and carefully we are placing the ladybug biscuits that we had reserved. We put them one by one until they surround the entire cake, and to hold them well, we decorate with a bow so that it holds them perfectly.
To give our tiramisu a touch, we decorate it with forest fruits such as berries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries and we put it back in the fridge for another 4 hours.

Notes

It is much richer if we do it from one day to the next, because the flavors will be much more appreciated.
