Greek yogurt ice cream, very easy

If you prefer to change the Greek yogurt for some other fruit or cereal you can do it, the ice cream recipe will not vary much in texture but in flavor. What is important is that you choose a whipping cream that is around 35% fat.

    Is the ice cream in the photo the one made with this recipe? If so, how did you get the ice cream as if it were a churro?

      Rubén, you can pour the ice cream into a piping bag before it has finished freezing completely so that, through a star-shaped measuring nozzle, it comes out that way.
