Ingredients

  • 300 gr. pork in thin fillets
  • 6 fresh chili peppers
  • 2 garlic
  • 100 ml. vinegar
  • Comino
  • cloves
  • oregano
  • pineapple juice
  • shawl
  • 1 cebolla
  • fresh cilantro
  • lemon

Preparation

  1. The first thing we will do is cook the chiles in vinegar, once they have been cleaned of seeds and strings. When they are cooked, we beat them, without draining, together with the peeled garlic cloves, the cumin, the cloves and the oregano. We salt and boil this mass again. Add a little pineapple juice and remove from heat.

  2. We take a deep dish and stack the fillets. We bathe them with the marinade, impregnate them well and let them marinate in the fridge for about 5 hours.

  3. Then we iron the fillets one by one with a little oil. When they are golden, we cut them into small pieces.

  4. We serve a tortilla with a little meat, cilantro and raw onion finely chopped. Accompany with a little pineapple, chopped lemon and a not very spicy sauce.
