Three-tier omelette: assorted ingredients

An omelette with three levels becomes a very complete meal thanks to the fact that we can play with multiple combinations of ingredients of different types. Vegetables, meat and fish, (and therefore proteins, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates) can be put in the same omelette. It is therefore an omelette sea ​​and mountain.

For example: we have made one of peas, prawns and ham. These ingredients could well appear in a scrambled eggs, but in an omelette they may be better for children, better presented, in layers of different colors.
