This cake will impress you with its different flavors and textures. With the jelly technique we can make a layer of chocolate and another layer of coffee flavored cheese. Like many of the cakes of this type, we will make a thin layer of cookies on its base, so that it has that crunchy effect.

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 100 ml of coffee liqueur
  • 4 sheets of neutral gelatin

  • 50 g of sugar

  • 100 g of dark chocolate special for pastries
Preparation
  1. In a robot we put the cookies to crush them. If you don't have a machine to process it, you can put the cookies in an airtight bag and hit them with a roller so that they become crumbs.Tiramisu chocolate cake
  2. We put it in a bowl and add melted butter. To melt the butter, we will previously put it in the microwave at low power so that it becomes liquid. We mix the cookie and butter until form a paste.Tiramisu chocolate cake
  3. We place the mixture in a pan of 22 diameter cm and that it can be removed from the mold. In my case, I have placed baking paper on its base to be able to better remove the cake when it is curdled.Tiramisu chocolate cake

  6. In a saucepan we add the 300 ml of Cream to ride and the 500 g of chocolate to melt. We put it to low fire and we let it heat up. As it gets hot, we are stirring so that both ingredients are melted. When we have made the mixture and it is still hot, add the four gelatin sheets that we have hydrated.   8. We heat the coffee liquor in the microwave so that it gets quite hot. We add the 4 gelatin sheets so that it unravels and we stir well. We put it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
  9. In a bowl we add the 300 g of cream cheese and we beat it together with the 50 g sugar. We add the 200 g of Cream to ride and coffee liquor cold. We stir the mixture well until it is very smooth and without lumps.Tiramisu chocolate cake
  10. We take the cake pan from the refrigerator and add the layer of cream cheese and put it back in the refrigerator. so that it curdles.
  11. When we have curdled the cake we can decorate it with chocolate. In a small bowl we add the 100 g of chocolate and we put it in the microwave at low power. We put it to 30 second intervals to be stirring little by little until it falls apart. When we have it liquid with the help of a teaspoon we will make transversal lines on top of the cake, so it will be a beautiful decoration.
