The Kings are coming! We, in addition to Roscón, are going to leave you some traditional cookies that, sure, they will love it.
In this case they are oil, not butter, and we are going to prepare them using a cookie gun. You can see mine in two of the photos that appear in the step by step (it is a churrera that has several nozzles).
The recipe is from my mother and, if you look at the ingredients, you will see that they are all very normal: sunflower oil, flour, eggs, milk ... We will paint the surface with egg to later sprinkle a little sugar.

Ingredients
- For the mass:
- 700 g flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 envelope of yeast type Royal (16 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 150 g oil
- 150g milk
Plus:
- 1 beaten egg
- A bit of sugar
Preparation
We put the flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, oil and milk in our food processor.
Knead with the hook for a few minutes, until everything is well integrated.
Let the dough rest in the bowl for about 1 hour, at room temperature and with the bowl covered with a kitchen towel.
In the cookie gun we put the mouthpiece that interests us, in my case, with grooves. We are forming the cookies, long in my case.
We place them on the baking tray, on greaseproof paper.
We paint the surface with the beaten egg and sprinkle sugar over them.
Bake at 180º for approximately 10 minutes. There are many, so we will have to do several batches of baking.
