- 200 gr of cocoa powder

- 75 gr of chocolate fondant

Preparation
Take the white chocolate and put it in a pot. Heat it in a bain-marie over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the cream to the chocolate and let it heat up so that both ingredients are well mixed. Once we have it, we add the 3 beaten egg yolks and mix until we get a smooth cream without lumps. At that time we removed from the fire.
