Testing the new from Moulinex

Since in 1972 Moulinex he presented your first mincer, more than 35 years have passed. Moulinex with this new small appliance made life easier for many of our mothers, and year after year it has been updated to make this small appliance a safer, easier and totally hermetic utensil, such as the new mincer 1, 2, 3 by Moulinex, made in an intense metallic red color.

Moulinex has maintained the same slogan as at that time 1, 2, 3… enjoy cooking again! since this mincer was capable of mincing meats, cheeses, and many other foods with just three keystrokes.

But the innovation that Mouliex has made this time, gives us much more so we have put our mincer to the test, because not only allows you to chop food, but with this mincer you can prepare all the recipes you want such as sauces, guacamole, creams, and all in a very simple way.
We have wanted to release our mincer by making three simple but delicious recipes:

Guacamole. For our guacamole we have used: 2 ripe avocados, 1 small tomato, 1 small onion, juice of half a lemon or half a lime, salt, a pinch of Tabasco, a little light oil and fresh coriander. We have been directly incorporating each of the ingredients in the mincer, and at the same time that we have been chopping them, we have been combining them, so that they have taken on flavor and consistency as a whole. And what have we done with the guacamole? Well, we have prepared a very simple and delicious recipe, some delicious ham rolls.

Continuing with our recipes, the second one that we have prepared with our Moulinex chopper 1, 2, 3, is a delicious pesto sauce with which we have prepared some delicious rolls with pesto to nibble on. For this we have used a bunch of coriander, about 100-150 g of spinach, a handful of pine nuts (about 70 g), a couple of garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and pepper. We have put the coriander, spinach, pine nuts and garlic in the mincer. Then we have crushed everything a little before adding in the olive oil. We have put it on some rolls that we have toasted a little in the oven and they have been delicious.

Finally, we wanted to prepare a pumpkin cream with orange prawns. To prepare it we have used 250 gr. pumpkin, 24 prawns, 1 small onion, 100 ml. natural orange juice, 150 ml. of water, 1 clove of garlic, fresh rosemary, orange peel, pepper, oil and salt.
The first thing we have done has been a flavored oil adding fresh rosemary leaves and the minced garlic clove. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.
Meanwhile, and following the recipe, we have wrapped the pumpkin meat without crust in aluminum foil and we have baked it for 30 minutes in the oven. Once we let it cool we have chopped it with our mincer 1, 2, 3 Moulinex. Then we have chopped an onion and we have put it to sauté in a pan, and we have added the pumpkin, the orange juice and the water. Cook everything for 5 minutes and pass the mixture through the mincer again. Once we have a fine cream, add the pepper, the orange zest and add salt. Then we have browned the peeled prawns in a pan with oil, and we salt them by adding them to the cream.

As you can see, all kinds of recipes can be cooked, do you dare? Tell us what you have prepared with the new 1, 2, 3 Moulinex!
